Complete fit out of dilapidated offices and labs in the old Sepa building in East Kilbride. This comprised of approximately 45 offices and several board rooms.

- Re-fitting of floating floors, suspended ceilings & all carpeting.
- Fully decorated.
- Fitting of kitchens on two floors.
- Manufacture and fitting of casual touchdown booths with upholstered seats.
